The charger you have may have issues, do you have access to another charger?

So...rapid charger. The 002 error code indicates there was a charge event which did not work correctly. Try revving down in FW and reflash the bike? (Also your snap shot shows the battery graph at 8% while you say its at 90% and the display shows its at high state of charge....)

What kind of charger are you using? And what are you using for the coms?

When the bike is on the pump should be pushing coolant. Sounds like a low humming noise.

So about 850Amps to 900ish amp peak? Size 6 Sevcons are in Zero SRs which do not use liquid cooling on the controller. Usually the motors are the limit here and not the controller...

Damage unlikely. Packs have been surviving the shipment from US to EU quite well. Shoot..even to Singapore. Take the dealer FW update with a grain of salt unfortunately. Most of these dealers are just trying to clear inventory since the shutdown...

Technically if the bike FW is the SM version, that should have the right gear ratios....
