Nice install! This is pretty much what I'd planned to do, as the 9.5/10.5mm piston Clake MC/lever seemed a bit weird to me. If I can find a 9mm, I might go with that instead.

In the Stark video they remove the skid plate 1st, then it looks like a pretty straight shot to the drain plug if that helps. Another thing maybe worth trying is an EZ-out type bolt extractor into the Torx opening, if you have one the right size. I didn't realize the drain plug is aluminum; ime...

If you have a hex drive flat-blade screwdriver bit of the correct size, you might be able to hammer it into the damaged Torx area and then use heat + hammer drill to back it out. It seems like the Torx-screw metal is pretty soft, you might get lucky.

I really like the Kil-A-Watt AC meter - this 4400 looks a little easier to use than my EZ model. It completely eliminates AC-power guesswork.

MCO = Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin. The US ones I've gotten have the mfr's name / address and bike specs / VIN / engine # / purchase dealer etc. printed on the front, with buyer / lienholder details handwritten on the rear. Hopefully the MCOs Stark sends will be similar.

OK, thanks for that info! Not having a cert. of origin kinda limits what can be done with the bike, and nearly every time I've sold one the new owner has asked for it.

Re the mechanicals, I just inventoried an Alta street-legal conversion kit and it had 24 parts, including two wiring harnesses and a different rear fender. Lots of stuff.
