The stock offset is already 18mm. I had to increase it to 22mm because I kept tucking the front end way too often.

Doesn't reducing the offset from 22mm to 18mm move the front wheel back, moving the weight bias further forward? Maybe it just shortens the wheelbase and makes it easier to lift the front wheel, despite the weight distribution.

You could buy the rest of the bike from Liquid Performance. They have almost all the parts. You'd have to find an Alta battery though for the stock inverter to work. Alternatively, you could contact the manufacturer of the motor, and maybe they would recommend a user-programmable...
