A picture of your go kart does not solve the issue @Mark911. Parts float around and then they become an issue down the line. "being able to run module firmwares no problem" isnt the answer. @Philip

@Mark911 please provide all serial numbers of your pack, motor, inverter, ACM and DCCP. Knowing that you and Electrobrapp have used old parts, it would be wise to provide this information for future owners. (Also I can confirm there revision based on the serial numbers)

Liquid has the axle and axle nut. Spacers are going to be hard to find which are Alta specific. The specs for the spacers are on the forum. (especially because Warp 9 has been dealing with people buying ALTA specfic parts and making assumptions). They will not have any stock.

The only thing you need if your going to go from 4CS forks to AER forks is: Wheel Axle Wheel spacers

The mapping between the MX/MXR - EX/EXR did not really change. Which lives in the inverter firmware. You might have better SOC resolution going to the later releases of the BCU firmware. So to ensure the cells do not drop off a cliff in voltage and can never be re-charged. There is a "reserve"...

The Rapid Charger is 3.3kwH and was included with R pack bikes. It speeds up the charging process a bit.
