    graphics kits

Incredibly, 100% of all graphics that I've seen applied to the Varg looks horrible. It could be that the monochrome plastic without letters, numbers and racing stripes just looks better. It's also a nice contrast to other manufactures who over-do their graphics. Thick, transparent stickers...

    Chain slack

Makes sense from the perspective of the factory, although it doesn't look to me like that is part of their business model. From the perspective of the user with expired warranty; the unfixability of key components and total lack of knowledge base on how to do it is rather uncomfortable.

    Chain slack

Who will? I doubt any usable parts can cover the price of shipping from "Land of NOD" to the factory.

    Chain slack

Wow. A 4.000$ assembly for a faulty bearing. Is your bike still under warranty?

    Varg Red Tube

There are these TPU tubes: front 80/100-21 motorcycle TPU tubes ultra light for trial, offroad | eBay I read mixed reports. Early versions had the problem with the valve stem ungluing, supposedly fixed later. Easier to carry as a spare in any case. Are Stark's red tubes available for order?

Post here your Stark Varg issues (or not!)

This is worth seeing, in spite the clickbait tittle. I have some prejudice considering the surrounding, but it would be interesting to know what caused it. [from a FB group] https://www.facebook.com/reel/1790549055196582

Royal Enfield Himalayan Electric using Stark parts

Fair enough. Although when I asked I was thinking in terms: ADV = 99% asphalt + 1% offroad. As for TET, I can tell you that you'd be properly buggered if you tried to ride that Himalayan on TET that passes through my village. ;) Also, easier to find gas than a supermarket that will let you use...

Royal Enfield Himalayan Electric using Stark parts

What is for you the appeal of an EV ADV bike? To put it differently, all the advantages of an EV off-road bike like no clutch and gearbox, rhrb, adjustable power etc. aren't so important on the ADV bike. Also, big ADV bikes seem so well developed that it's hard see how an EV can match them.

    Varg Red Tube

Around 60-70g depending on the type. My excuse for not balancing the wheels is that the wobble is a good reminder to keep the speed down on asphalt connecting sections. Nothing good happens on those.

    Stark range video(s)

Sorry all. It seems the original uploader (almost accurately named: Magnus Thor) took it down and reuploaded a different version. It's the same race Eddi Karlsson did last year on the factory MX. Here's the link once again...

Brand New Stark Varg EX Won’t Start — No LED, No Charging, No Bluetooth, No Response

Do they have another bike to give you immediately, or will you need to wait the usual delivery time? Depressing that such small software "bug" is unfixable. I can't imagine what will happen when all these bikes are out of warranty, and Stark decides to roll back the generous replacements.

The big Stark MX vs EX fitment topic

This sounds like a job for the AI module. Feed it MX and EX part numbers, have it compare them and list odds and evens. So, who volunteers for the job? :D

    Stark Varg EX range

Here's an interesting view of battery drain: "Three Laps… Two Pit Stops and mud lots and lots of mud! Finished with 1%. left. The 1st pit stop was about 10min long. [recharged from 55% to 61%] The 2nd pit stop was about 15min long.[recharged from 13% to 32%]"

Stark varg support is the worst

I experienced poor communication with Stark while attempting to place an order, but I must forgive them when I see all the dumb complaints from the new owners floating around. Dealing with that sort of correspondence deserves it's own level of hell.
