    JARV-E (enduro)

The deposit is refundable (unless of course they become insolvent, but how could that ever happen?). Here is some more info (.pdf attached) JARV-E Factory Technical Specifications Chassis & Structure • Modular high-performance hard-enduro chassis platform • Precision-welded 25CrMo4 Chromoly...

    JARV-E (enduro)

I signed up, but have not made a deposit. I asked via email for the wheelbase and seat height, which I could find anywhere. Hello Allen , thank you for signing up for the JARV-E Graham Jarvis Signature Pre-Order. We are currently finalising the first limited production run of 100 numbered...

    Dust Moto

Since I had edited that in, I wasn’t sure if you saw it. But yes, they should definitely correct it, because it would be make or break for me. Hopefully, they’re not achieving that weight by using beach ball inner tubes!

    New VARG Software Update.

I agree they screwed us with a bit of bait and switch, but I do not regret purchasing my Varg. And now the throttle curve adjustment is a paid subscription feature on the newer models, but I don't really want it anymore. Sure, if it was free I would give it a try, but if I could get only one of...

I agree! Vargs are 260 not 240, and I'm waiting to see where @Chadx saw that 235, see my post #54 EDIT: I see it now here, so there is some discrepancy. I will cancel if the 235 is correct, in the meantime, I will try to contact them and find out. Another Edit:

Where did you see 235 lbs? Here is what I see: Also, the Varg was originally supposed to be 240 back in 2021 when I put my deposit in. But before they shipped any they gained 20 lbs, now 260 with the red BS tubes, and after putting tubliss in the back, a real tube in the front and handguards...

    Dust Moto

I like the lighter weight and the swappable battery. I paid the $100 refundable deposit last month after a particularly difficult ride when I struggled to pick up my Varg. I am 66 years old, and my Varg outweighs me by about 100 pounds. Looks like it's about 2/3 the HP, and 2/3 the battery kwh...

Which aftermarket rear chain guard do you recommend?

I opened a ticket with Stark, they asked for several photos, and then agreed to send me a new one under warranty. But I am also thinking about ordering this one, which might take some time to reach me in the US...

Which aftermarket rear chain guard do you recommend?

Hello, I noticed yesterday that my rear chain guard mounted to the bottom of the swingarm right in front of the rear sprocket is cracked through the rear mounting boss. I have seen a few aftermarket offerings, and I think most or all consist of an adapter, and a new chain guard (that may fit...

    Enduro Mods

All 1-1/4" handlebars have taper from 7/8" diameter where the grips and controls are, but they will still clamp OK. I didn't modify anything, aside from bending/tweaking as mentioned above.

    Enduro Mods

I'm using the standard Cycra 1-1/8" clamps on the handlebars. You always have to do some minor tweaking of the aluminum handguard bar to get everything lined up.

Stark dual rear brake set up

Racetork copied their setup from Clake, I'm pretty sure they actually buy the master cylinder adapters from Clake for their kits. Rekluse also makes the adapter (and kits for both Brembo and Nissin), both Clake and Rekluse were selling these long before the Stark existed.

    Charging on L6-30R 30A receptacle?

Yes, you can order a new cable and cut off the L14-30p plug and put on a L6-30p (p=plug, r=receptacle). But if it were me, I would just make an adapter with a L14-30r and a L6-30p. Just make sure you determine which is the ground wire, the other 2 wires can be interchanged, only the ground needs...

Solved HELP Power jerking after Drivetrain replacement (GEN2)

At a bare minimum, they owe you a warranty from the day you received your original bike PLUS the amount of time you haven't been able to ride it. OR, 2 years from the time you receive the replacement bike MINUS the time you were able to ride the original bike. But, with that said, I would hope...

Solved HELP Power jerking after Drivetrain replacement (GEN2)

That's great that they are replacing your bike! But I think you should discuss the details with Stark. I'm thinking they will want to ship your new bike to a dealer, and if you don't want them to ship it to the dealer that has your current bike, you should make that clear to them. Regarding your...

Any recommended Lock on grips for the Varg?

They are referring to 7/8 inch diameter handlebars. The throttle tube is always a little bit bigger, hence as you say 1 inch. Slip-On Throttle side fits onto any standard 7/8" model twist throttle tube. It’s not really worded correctly, but there is no standard throttle tube at 7/8 inch OD.

    Shortening Handlebars

I did exactly that on my MX; 1/2" off each side. But if you are running the wires through the handlebars, you may have issues...
