    Phone Screen Repair

It really is unfortunate that Stark elected to use a cell phone for the display. I haven’t heard of any Stark owners that are happy with the phone as a display.

    Stock Stark EX settings

Ask Sam (AI) Log In with your weight and you might get an answer? Do you know if the bike has soft/medium/hard springs?

Graduation project survey about on-board charging for an off-road motorcycle

I did the survey on a computer, and it seemed legit, my system didn't detect any threats.

    Phone Screen Repair

I did some searching and found at least one guy who thought his screen was broken, but it was only the screen protector that was actually broken. Aside from that possibility, it seems that you have to replace the entire phone. I'm guessing that There is probably a compatible replacement screen...

    PRB Progressive Rigenerative Brake

Google translate of post #1: I have noticed a considerable increase in autonomy by using the regenerative brake only when I have to slow it down and when I have to slow down and use the regenerative brake as a real brake itself. You can use the fine mode at 100%, changing the map (1 map 0%, 2...

    Phone Screen Repair

This is incorrect, the docking stations are different. If you are going to ask AI, it might be better to ask Stark's AI (Sam) So I asked Sam and it seems that Stark offers a screen protector for the Arkenstone: Reply from Sam: No, an MX 1.0 Stark Phone screen protector or case should not be...

I doubt it, the BV6300 Pro is the phone that came on the MX1

    LHRB kinda weak/soft

I had an Ultra bee for a while when I was waiting for my Stark. It was a great bike, a lot of fun, a great value for the money ($6500 brand new in 2023). But I wouldn't order one from that link; Based on the provided search results, surronoutdoors.com appears to be a highly suspicious, likely...

    IRC M5B??????

I think that will be fine, but if you want more room, you need either a longer chain, or a smaller sprocket.

    New VARG Software Update.

Sounds like you have Svag installed on your Stark phone, so yes, you just need to get Svag connected before the Stark app connects. In my case, I usually use Svag on my iPhone, so I usually turn the Stark phone off before connecting Svag on my iPhone

    New VARG Software Update.

You can just turn Bluetooth off on your stark phone so it disconnects from the bike. The bike will only connect to one phone at a time, so if it’s already connected to the stark phone, you can’t connect with Svag.

    New VARG Software Update.

O no! Are you on an EX or MX1.2? Just wondering if the MX 1 will also get cut off from Svag.

My range is **** from what I'm seeing

That sounds reasonable for an MX1, a 1.2 should theoretically get about 10% more, but there are many factors that affect range. Are you a big guy, like 250 lbs? And btw, I’m 66, and am also hoping for another 10 years riding gnarly single track 👴🏼😎 Well, at least 5.

    EX 80 hour service.

I have 2 mx1.0 Starks, one has over 400 hours, but still under warranty, and they have continued to honor warranty claims without ever asking if I did any scheduled maintenance, much less who did it. I am in the US if that matters.

My range is **** from what I'm seeing

If you have an iPhone see Post #24 in this thread: https://electricdirtriders.com/threads/ex-custom-ios-android-app.4376/page-2 If you have an android, keep looking through that thread to find the info for android. Keep in mind that you should turn off your Stark phone before you try to connect...

    IRC M5B??????

I have 2 mx1.0 bikes with 18” rear wheels. I bought the second one used, and it came with an 18” M5B with a mousse and it works fine. But I prefer tubliss with a VE-33S. I can’t help with any info or experience on a 19”.

    Stark Varg Ice Racing Build

Thanks, I couldn’t get ahold of him, and with the tariffs, didn’t want to order without knowing what’s up. So I called Jeff Fredette and got some studded tires for trail riding. I’ve been out on them 4 or 5 times and I’m happy with them.

Question about Stark charger 240v adapter: is neutral required?

Correct, the Stark charger has only 3 wires, so you can definitely do what you want. Just make sure you keep the ground wire connected to the ground terminal of your plug. The ground wire might be black and there might be a green wire that is not ground, that’s how the early charger cords were...

    LHRB kinda weak/soft

I can easily lock up the back tire with the handbrake. Try pumping it up and see if then it will lock up the rear tire. That will tell you if there’s air in the system. So if you can pump the brake lever, and then it won’t come as close to the handlebar, you do have air in the system. If that’s...

    Owner's Review New owner here......

I run 52hp, so that I can lift the front wheel when I want to. The rest of the time I just barely roll the throttle open, but this setting works for me in most/all off-road conditions.
