It's a little hefty, but I can load mine myself. It has a retractable handle and wheels which may help if you pull it up a ramp or something - if needed. But it's a great generator. Very compact for its output.

Here is a reply I also received directly from the Stark Future team. Seems like the firmware version could be different, depending on where you are. For North America, the latest is 1.2.8.

My EX is still on 1.2.8. I asked "Sam" today and this is what I got back. Does anyone with an EX in the North America have any newer version, other than 1.2.8?

Darn, I wish I could. My firmware update still hasn't been made available to me on my EX. I'm very curious to try out the possible crawl mode update.

With a dual brake setup on the EX, can both micro switches (Rear hand and Foot brakes) be plugged in at the same time to have the brake light come in with both rear hand and foot brake levers?

Thanks, I'll have to do the same thing from now on and just full shutdown my bike. The Arkenstone phone turning on and off endlessly is probably not very good for it.

Not a full shutdown, just the regular bike turned off with the red light flashing.

Do any of you have the same problem of your Stark Phone constantly turning on while the bike is off? Every other I walk into my garage, the Arkenstone phone screen is on while the bike is off. Any recommendations for a fix?

It depends on where you are in the world. The MotoZ unit is just as good as Racetorx and easily available in North America. Racetorx is an easier solution in the UK or EU.

I'm looking at adding a dual brake kit to my EX, but I've read that some don't have enough brake force from the rear hand brake to lock the rear wheel. Does anyone here have either the MotoZ or Racetorx dual brake kit installed, using the original Stark rear hand and foot brake? If so, what are...

For now, it might be a software glitch but it's probably the first stage of Stark's preparation for direct DC charging at high input from EV roadside chargers.
