I just used my 120V 1/2” drive impact, and it’s good, didn’t check the torque.

I used an impact without heat. I put it back on also with impact, and no new loctite. Hasn't come loose over hundreds of hours.

In any case you still have nearly 2 years of warranty left. So if it really is a problem, it will probably get worse, and eventually become undeniable... So ride it like you stole it!
