    Power lights

Try pressing both up and down buttons at the same time for more than 12 seconds. You should see a white flash. That indicates that the bike is fully off.

Stark side stand - eliminate auto return

I noticed on mine there is a small groove, as if they would have thought that users would want to cut it. I always used to do that with my KTM EXC,

    Spring loaded connectors

In that case it's for the charging port that is at the back. it shoudn't be critical in that case. I actually saw one of their freestyle guys that was running with no charging port at all and modified plastics/subframe to be able to grab the bike in the air.

    Spring loaded connectors

From what I can see on my bike, that looks to be the communication between ECU and HV controller. If you can bodge a solution that you ensure retention and electrical contact fair enough. Otherwise I would not risk it if they sent this power unit from their headquarters. And if it is a warranty...

    Battery price

I took my charger stand apart just out of curiosity, and the charger unit itself looks suspiciously similar to the one I had on my Alta MXR back in the day. If you look up the specs for that charger online, the output is AC, and the battery is DC, so the inverter on the bike must do the switch...

    Battery price

I believe it is not possible to charge a battery that it is not connected to a bike. You would need a custom charger/interface that could replicate the functions of the ECU, since that is what monitors all the parameters of the bike. Maybe Stark does it with their factory riders and that is...

    Water Pump fault

When changing the coolant, if the system is properly bled, by looking into the fill hole you should actually see the flow of the coolan. If it's static there is an airlock.

    Spring loaded connectors

It's strange to break the spring on the inside. Is it because you replaced the powertrain or something? Don't really know how I would pull the collar without risking breaking the connector.

    Spring loaded connectors

There is a small torsion spring that is in between the locking collar and the body. There is also a really small o-ring on the inside. Check that the o-ring is in place and is not damaged. If there is debris, it might have locked up the spring. You can use som contact cleaner to remove any dirt.
