    No charge 120/240V after trying 240V generator

    Charges on 120 and 240 but sometimes doesn't registered when I plug in the cable to the bike. When that happens, if I wiggle the wires a little it will suddenly go blue light and start charging.

    Anyone know more about the identity theft thing being talked about? Do original owners have to be concerned? Anyone that ordered a new bike from an online dealer get the MSO with the bike? I didn't get it with mine and didn't really think about it until now.

    Update: Stark did get back to me within 24 hours and requested a time for an online meeting which I've now done. Stark only had to push an update to my bike and that fixed my issues. I did have the most recent firmware update pending for a few weeks, but just kept riding it without updating...
