As posted above. The Stark is so well put together it’s hard not to love. I’m not at all dogging the conversions….my CRF-E is dialed, works awesome, plenty of power, suspension, and to me looks as good as anything out there. But the Stark is just an awesome machine all around.

Little update, got the CRF-E conversion pretty dialed, enjoyed the electric so much I ordered myself a Stark EX and have done two XC races on it on the last 2 weeks. Not sure if I’ll keep the CRF now or sell it

Awesome bikes!!! What battery is in the KTM? Looks like there may be more room in the mode. KTM chassis for a battery than the CRF chassis

It works perfect and has been for like 3 years. I’m sure it’s fine.

It was on the roller when I bought it so I really don’t know exactly what it is. Just that it’s off a KTM. It works great. I can lock it up anytime easily and has great feel on the trail.

Little update. Been busy 2017 CRF250R chassis Updated plastics/tank/seat QS138 Votol EM260 72v 65ah amorge battery 50xg cells and 72v15ah auxiliary battery in air box same cells. Battery selector switch mounted on side cover along with charging ports. 72v-12v step down for lighting...

You might want to look at the TenPower 50xg cells also. Just incase you haven’t finalized your battery

No they aren’t. There’s tons of them. For one dirt tricks makes them from like 54-41 for the rmz Super moto guys run smaller rear sprockets therefore the availability of them has gone way up since SM popularity has gone up. Others do also, but imo dirt tricks make the best rears

Electro & Co sells it They also sell just the 520 sprockets. $49.99

Why don’t you just go with a smaller rear? I’m pretty sure you can get all the way down to a 40/41T rear for the RMZ

That sprocket you’re referring to has a 20mm ID these are only 17mm
