Just got reply from Stark (Original delivery date 10.2.2025) postponed to second half of March. Some supply parts missing, COC EU homologation needs to be finished (proposed end of February). So finally I am happy there are no serious issues with the bike, just classic supply chain troubles and homologation sh1ts :)

Here's what I got from Stark 1 week ago (2/5/25) for a US delivery paid in full in December. They've moved it 3 weeks out from original delivery date. My VIN was assigned 1/15/25.

Dear Robby,

We’ve got some incredible news to share— your VARG EX RCxxxxx has officially entered production! 72.png

This marks a huge milestone as your bike is one step closer to becoming a reality. Our production team is working meticulously to bring you the future of enduro riding to your door.

We understand how excited you are to receive your bike, and while we’re doing everything possible to get it to you, we want to ensure that the production process meets the highest quality standards.

This dedication means a slight adjustment in delivery timing. Your updated expected delivery date (dd/mm/yy) is the 31/3/25.

Rest assured, this extra attention will guarantee that the bike you receive is nothing short of perfect.

I'm from Barcelona, Spain, I've ordered my EX on December 10 and delivery date expected to be February 10. Just got an email saying that my bike is in production but changing the delivery date to March 13th. They asked for patience. They said due to the supply chain and trying to be super good at quality control... . Didn't have a VIN yet and line says NOT STARTED. 🤞🏼 Can't wait to receive my Varg EX!
I ordered 22 Dec, status has said in production for weeks and expected delivery to the US states 2 March. After many emails asking for an update, they finally emailed 13 Feb and said it won’t be delivered until 2 April. No VIN assigned yet. Same quality and supply chain excuses as mentioned earlier…

My VIN just showed up today too, I was surprised actually. Adding insurance now. VIN was 000900+ so I assume that is how many EX’s they have made.
My VIN is 000400+ and my delivery to UK is estimated 4th April.
Although I had the "entering production" email, it is still showing on the Stark site as Line Status = Not Started.
My VIN was allocated 27th Jan.
I have not heard of anyone even dealers and/or YouTubers getting a production bike yet, I know they will probably be under an NDA until customer bikes start shipping.
Despite the "pay now secure your production slot" It looks like the dates given out have too many variables to understand the real timings.
Hopefully we will hear of the first bikes landing soon, I expect you may see a rush or reviews on YouTube first though.

If the EX launch is anything like the MX launch was, the YouTube influencers will be the first to receive their bikes, and will begin immediately churning out their "unboxing" and "first ride" videos for the folks waiting and considering ordering.

Except that for the EX, at the time of launch, they have a factory up and running churning 1000 bikes a month. I would hope not so much dripping new bikes one by one 🤞

My latest response from Stark

"Thank you for your patience and for reaching out with your concerns regarding the delivery of your Stark VARG EX. We understand the frustration that a delay can cause, especially when eagerly awaiting something as significant as your new bike. I want to provide you with some insight into the reasons behind the delay:

At Stark Future, our commitment to delivering top-quality products sometimes requires additional time to ensure that everything is up to our high standards. Specifically, a few key parts took longer than expected to arrive due to global shipping delays, which has impacted our production timeline. More over, as we scale our production to meet demand, we are also intensifying our quality checks. Our commitment is to ensure that despite the ramp-up, every bike that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of quality, guaranteeing that you receive the best product possible.

We are focused on getting your bike to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect from us. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order and inform you as soon as it is ready for shipment."

I expect this is an AI generated reply, as I gave them some wrong information on my delivery date, and this was reflected in their answer.

Yeah, nothing transparent. No facts or dates. Just empty words to keep in touch with customer. But I believe this is good enough. The true reason of which problems they are facing or which parts are missing is their "secret". At least some fixed dates would be nice but I believe they dont want to promise anything especially when supply chain is included and anything could happen in this whole chain.
