Alta MX 2017 Code 33/MT Dongle Europe

Hi, I recently bought an Alta MX that is displaying code 33. I've had a look around the forum and code 33 seems to refer to an isolation issue but it's difficult to know without plugging the bike into MultiTool. I've tried getting a hold of OneLapper to buy a cable with no luck (since I live in Sweden I need to arrange shipping but maybe I should just order one). I saw a post about making your own dongle but that one doesn't seem to have the ability to load firmware and as I have an early production bike I might need that feature. Does someone on here have a cable I could borrow or better yet know how I could make/buy one? I would really like my code 33 issue sorted as it seems to be isolation related and from what I've read on this forum that can be rather dangerous.
