My Stark would do nothing no lights nothing, stark insisted I take it to a dealer so did, not knocking the dealer but this made a warranty claim even more painfull than just dealing with stark, just a way of stark stalling even more IMO.
Anyway eventully they fitted a new VCU and got the bike running when I went to pick the bike up he showed me the old vcu which had cracks in the cover from the bolt holes, they kept the old vcu to send back to stark wish I got a photo now but for me to be able to see the cracks with my driving glasses on they must have been big ! I have not seen this before but it seemed stark have. This is the 4th VCU this bike has had but the first time I have seen cracks in the cover.
Bikes have been going out to customers for 2 years now and still new bikes going out with most of the original issues and it seems even more new problems. Then add the Warranty claims that are at best painfull, Stark should think themselves very lucky no one else has come up with a serious full sized electric performance mx or enduro, come on Honda I am sure you can blow this POS out of the water.
