Yeah. Don almost lost his LHRB hand last year. He got a free ride to Las Vegas in an ambulance limo out of it with a motorcade escort behind it! Plus free weekend accommodations in the Las Vegas burn center.

Have you already removed the circuit board connecting the cells to each other?

Found more bad cells from my pack. After "replacing" them I got my setup to power on and motor spinning! So it seems after all there's no latching alerts on BMS as @fsfs suggested. This is a big step for my project, now I can really start focusing on mounting the motor to my bike.

I can't connect to the phone but I guess I can live with it.

Interesting enough, all the failed cells are on pretty much the same area on both halves of the battery - on the lower section which is covered with the shield. I was wondering if that could cause some soft of overheating issue which ruins the ceany new information
is it possible to unsolder all the wires form cells to remove big green board? or you need to cut them?
