is it possible to unsolder all the wires form cells to remove big green board? or you need to cut them?Found more bad cells from my pack. After "replacing" them I got my setup to power on and motor spinning! So it seems after all there's no latching alerts on BMS as @fsfs suggested. This is a big step for my project, now I can really start focusing on mounting the motor to my bike.
I can't connect to the phone but I guess I can live with it.
Interesting enough, all the failed cells are on pretty much the same area on both halves of the battery - on the lower section which is covered with the shield. I was wondering if that could cause some soft of overheating issue which ruins the ceany new information
