EX, software updated, Bluetooth connected, phone in bike dock. Charge slider power draw limit, and slow mode (1kW) settings do nothing. Bike on 120v outlet highsides to max 1.8kW every time. Silly thing is the bike thinks it's charging at 3.3kW. Are the Stark software guys this terrible or am I missing something?

You might want to re-install app updates. That's what they told me to do when I had this issue and re-installing updates fixed a few other bugs I was seeing in the app too.

Charging Settings Don't Apply
I have an EX model and haven't been able to get the charger settings to apply. I've been going around and around with support and they keep asking me to update the firmware or the app version but I am already on the latest of both so I'm coming here to see if anyone else has run into this and...
