Charger not working

Anyone had issues with their charger? I'm on a Gen 2 Varg MX. First owner and about 45 hours on it.

Recently the charger has been giving me issues getting it to connect (LED change to blue). I started having to just wiggle or move around the wire going from the charger to bike to get it to connect. Sometimes after I get it to connect it would disconnect. But I dealt with this for a little while until it started being very difficult to get it to connect at all.

I put a ticket in with Stark support and got a new charger cord that goes from the charger to bike. My original looked fine and all plugs are clean but since I could wiggle around the old one it was figured that was the problem (I don't think the plug going into the bike is moving around much during this wiggling process).

I got the new cord from Stark, and it started charging right away. I left it a few hours on slow charge and came back to find it not charging anymore. I was able to get it going again a few times but wiggling the wire and sometimes disconnecting the plugs on the charger itself. But it would keep disconnecting after a period of time.

Sometimes the blue light is on but on the app the current charging power is zero. Other times the light is slow blinking red as in standby mode.

Have another ticket with Stark but waiting feedback. I'll update when I get somewhere but just wondering if anyone else every had charging problems on the Gen 2 (not Gen 1 with the faulty plugs).

I did have a charger go bad, it would show blank for charging current on the app.
I took my bike to a dealer and it charged fine on their charger.
Stark finally sent me a replacement charger after a lot of emails and videos.
They seemed to drag their feet on sending it, but it took even longer to get a shipping label to return the defective one.

I really wanted to ride this weekend so I played around with getting the charger to work again. Bike was at 80% and needed it at 100 to make it worth it to go riding. I usually charge at the parking lot during breaks but 100% without charging back up will get me a good enough ride in.

What I ended up doing was putting the original charging cable back on and played around with the cable, bending it in certain ways while everything was connected and waiting for it to start charging. Somehow I found a position it liked and would charge from. I carefully zip tied the cable in place and got it to 100. While trying to zip tie it in place, if the cable shifted even a little then it would stop charging. Weird.

Sent the same to stark support.
