Could someone please translate what Eli is saying here?

What is this thing about "kids getting bucked on a three out of a turn" if they do not know how to slip the clutch and to control that moment and that pop? What does he mean? What is this bucking" and how does slipping the clutch and controlling the pop help prevent it?

I think I get the part about slipping the clutch on faces of jumps, then dumping it at the end to get an extra pop like Stewart and Carmichael do.

And then, the most difficult part -- the feel. What is this "window on a good cable clutch" that is "untouchable"?

I have my guesses, but I want to hear if others know exactly what he is saying and can explain it in a way that can be understood by everyone.

Using clutch to modulate torque. Hard to do with throttle on a peaky ICE. Other thing is loading up the suspension so the bike jumps off the end of the jump i think.
