EBMX X-9000 v3 - qs-138 - No Wire Harness Available - Build One?

I have seen v2 QS138 harnesses available, but have yet to find a v3 one. Hopefully soon?

@fmxxx666 if you have any contacts that would be willing to sell me a v3 harness, please let me know.
after I failed to buy from Charged Cycle Works I got in touch with "Damon Jackson" Business Development Manager at EBMX
E-Mail: damon@ebmx.com
Told him what I need and where to ship it, then he sent me a payment link, I paid and then I got it shipped from EBMX Global Limited Warehouse in Hong Kong.
Was a little pricy on the shipping as it is international.
But I got rid of the hassle of dealing with Charged Cylce Works :P

A friend works in Support at EBMX . He said send a request for the pinout to Support@ebmx.com and he can send it to you. He has also asked ChargedCycles when will the Harness be available, he just sent it and is waiting for a reply. Good luck
Don
I emailed them, along with some other questions about harnesses, because I'm still considering using the x9000 v3 in my build. I'll post the pinout when they send it.

I mentioned I'm doing a diy conversion in a kx250f using a qs165 60h v3, and asked about universal harness, or modding an existing harness, or using the current QS138 harness. This was their reply:
"Please see the attached pinout. When I build custom harnesses, I start with the Talaria harness, or the light bee race harness if I don't want to extend as many wires.
If the QS motor is the hall version, you could also use the QS x9000 V3 harness.
I personally use a QS 138 70h v3 in my hard enduro bike.
Please keep in mind that we don't currently have a tune for the QS165 60h v3 motor..."

attached is the x9000 v3 pinout

You guys rock - thank you!

Have a Talaria harness on the way although I’ll be surprised if the QS one isn’t out soon (although no one seems to have a date).
Man I am in the exact same boat on waiting. I waited a year for Electro & Co to release the zapper controller then seen the x9000 v3 release and immediately bought it, and now I am waiting again for a wiring harness. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Hey Guys new to the forum: I build custom pedicabs. My current Pedicab has the V2 EMBX works great. Regen throttle separate from running throttle. The reverse works on the S102 display and three levels of power work fantastic. Now i tasked to install the new V3 and wiring is different. I made friends with CEO Matt a few years ago and he gave me everything i needed. However, now we have this guy Damon and saying he will be helpful, but does not seem to be responsive. I have the pinout doc, but the lightbee harness my customer bought does not help me with adding a second throttle for Regen. Anyway long story short I am trying to get the wiring guide from Damon.

I have few QS138 motors and Cyclones. Some riders use 48v and 72v and i need to figure out the following:

2nd Throttle for Regn
On/Off controller switch
Hopefully the reverse works on the Throttle 1 through the display.
Finally - Need to go into protected settings and try to increase Reverse power. the display 1-100% is not enough power.
I have the Admin password for V2 not sure its the same for V3.

I'm confused. You have the pinout doc, but are trying to get the wiring guide? I'm confused as to what the difference is between those two things?
Try messaging support@ebmx.com and ask if and where you can buy individual pins so you can add wires to the LBX race harness.

Looking at the pinout I posted above, it shows:
Key Lock Ignition: connector1 pin1 (on/off controller switch)

Regen throttle: connector1: pin32: 5v power, pin33or34: ground, pin30: regen throttle signal

I think the admin password stayed the same for v3.

MotoxXxMan: thank you! That actually helped - Didn't pay attention to pin 32: being power, my bad. Question: Hall Sensor wires 24,25,26 - which pin would you suggest for power and ground?

None of those three. Those are the three sensing wires. Hall sensor plugs have 6 wires. Yellow blue and green are the sensing wires, then in addition there is power, ground, and motor temp sensor.
Hall sensor uses 5v power. So power and ground will be standard 5v power and ground pins.
