My charging cable plug wasn't properly wired apparently and after several months with no issues the connection cable point from 220 to 120v began to melt. I rewired and it was working fine. Then one day when charging i got a very strong shock when touching any metal on the bike. Checked ground on outlet and all good. Stark had sent me a new cable and even though there was no visible damage after I replaced and rewired the old and had been working . The new cable fixed the problem.
Just wanted to share in case anyone has this issue.
