Nope, just normal outdoor MX (LACR for those SoCal followers). Of course, "normal" today means clearing some horrendously long gaps and coming up short or going long isn't always the most enjoyable experience for bike or rider, lol.

I think it's fair to say, someone did something just a little bit wrong...
And I think bubblegum and duct tape should suffice to repair, no need to go overboard with super glue.
