Attaches to the tail section via some semi-low-profile bolts in the three holes. It should fit most US motorcycle plates, I have no clue about anywhere else. I uploaded the 3mf (https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/l455...ey=3gomrk7eqwpijnuhyrtagnhkn&st=xeizzumr&dl=1) (should be ready for 3d slicing/printing) and iges(https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/eqsj...ey=pidjjg8vzz4bsfxho0gecjm8g&st=18ul3maa&dl=1) files to dropbox instead so hopefully that works better for you vs the zip.
