My rear brake has a serious case of not holding pressure. The initial pull gets some pressure but that falls to nothing over a couple seconds.
So I'm thinking it's worn seals inside the master cylinder. How hard can it be to fix that, right?
Sadly Google is failing to find me a rebuild kit that's specific to the Formula master cylinder. Does anyone know if kits are available? Or if generic kits will suit and if so which one?
Or do I have to get a whole replacement master cylinder?
If that's the case then I'll go for the Brembo. But here's the fun part - I'm in NZ, I've a race next Sunday, and shipping from Stark in Australia can take more than a week. So does anyone know the Brembo model number, so I can get the master cylinder from an in-country supplier?
