that holeshot was mega. I used to race there on my cr500 and grabbed plenty of holeshots but never by that margin.

it's not as easy as it looks!
I'd regularly come top 4. never won a race in open class though. lead some but crashed out
there would be half a lap gap between 4th and 5th place. the top riders are on a different level

it regularly gets top motocross and road racers showing up to have a go only to eat humble pie (and a lot of sand!)

it's a great event and cheap (for motorsport)
