Hill Hold -- Stark, please make it Optional

I like the Crawl mode. I like the Reverse mode. The Crawl mode is better than other modes for bike loading and especially bike washing since it stays on and does not disengage itself after just ~30 seconds.

I want to use the Crawl and Reverse modes more often, but both of these modes come with the mandatory Hill Hold mode, which I rarely want. I have to disengage the Crawl or the Reverse mode just to push the bike forward or back. Since I do not have a steep bike loading ramp, I do not load the bike backwards, and I haven't been stuck on steep uphills recently, I have not needed the Hill Hold yet.

What I really want is to turn off the Hill Hold mode. Stark -- please make Hill Hold optional somewhere in firmware settings.

What about this... If the bike is in forward crawl mode it can be pushed forward but not backward. If the bike is in reverse crawl mode then it can be pushed in reverse but not forward. Would that work better?

Edit: an option that keeps the bike from rolling backward when in normal riding mode (can be turned on/off)?

That's a great idea. I cannot think of a case when preventing the bike from rolling uphill is necessary.

And I would still like to be able to turn this option off. I can usually hold the bike on the ramp/slope with the throttle just fine.
