How long does it take to balance the pack?

I always store it at 50% SOC and then charge it on the standard 120v charger the night before a ride day.

Either way is fine. As long as you let the bike balance every few charge cycles you will maximize battery life. So do it whichever way is more fun

Winter is coming. In regards to charge, does anyone have any suggestions on how to store the EXR over the winter. The manual said something about full charge for extended storage.

Battery care, some things I thought you guys should know.

Recommended storage care for longer than a month is to charge the battery to between 40-60% SOC. As long as there are no parasitic drains, the battery should maintain partial charge through the winter. For longer periods, check the SOC and charge back to 40-60%.
