Then you will always ride with a super long throttle travel and, if you set it to open fully earlier, you never know if you are at full power or not. It will be like adding a free play at the end of the throttle where wrist motions do not result in "throttle" motions. Not a great throttle feel. There has to be a mechanical stop at 100% throttle, IMO.It could be done electronically..either 25% turn is wide open or 100% turn equals full power.
Now, I think I want a shorter throttle on my Varg. Sometimes I find myself in uncomfortable standing positions, twisting the throttle like Ronnie Mac, especially in rhythm sections where I have to quickly alternate between WOT and fully closed while remaining standing up.
But if I go ice racing or flat track racing, I think I will want a longer throttle.
