I got my bike late last year and has the newer molded plugs. I just got a 240V generator setup for fast charging.
I removed the 120V adapter from the charger so I could test it out. I plugged the chargers L14-30 plug into the generators 240V outlet but nothing happened.
So I put the 120V adapter back on and tried plugging back into an outlet in my garage and still no charge. I hear a faint click just after I plug it in.
Yellow static LED.
Opened a support ticket.
I'll update this thread when I get it resolved but in the mean time, anyone else experience a similar issue? I've read about wrongly wired charger plugs but that seems to be an earlier issue with the plugs that can be disassembled and not the molded style I have.
Update:
I thought to look for a fuse on the charger but didn't want to start taking it apart. So I just removed each of the 3 metal connectors and reconnected those with the power off and now it's charging again on 120V. Could have been a fluke. I'll try the 240V generator again...
