SAM Starks AI assistant?

So appropriately enough Stark is using AI to interface with users to lighten the load on Stark's c/s team. I'm not to hip on AI but it seems to me SAM is relatively primitive as far as AI goes. I did ask SAM what SAM stood for, thinking it was a acronym for a cool tech name. Well SAM told me it was simply it's name. Anyway what do you all think of SAM and how good or bad is SAM in helping with questions? It seems before Stark Support will open a ticket you need to address the issues with SAM first then, if SAM can't help SAM opens a ticket for you with Stark Support.

Yeah it's basicly just and FAQ algorithm.
Not that it matters as when it does send you to CS you'll just get the most vague answer anyway for anything other than tech support.

Sam est nul. Si on lui demande comment calibrer le compteur en cas de changement de rapport de transmission, il dit que ce n'est pas la peine car il fonctionne avec le GPS. Si on lui demande pourquoi le compteur fonctionne roue en l'air à l'arrêt, il dit qu'il y a un capteur dans la roue. Tout est faux.
