SM with OBC issues

It's been a while since I've posted

I'm working on a SM that will not charge.
When you plug an extension cord into it, the OBC does not see any voltage
When you plug it into my EU Honda generator, the OBC doesn't see voltage
When I bond neutral and earth on the generator, it prompts you start the charge cycle but immediately faults on with "STOPPED 121 - GFCI test failure"

I haven't seen the GFCI test failure fault on a SM Wondering if it's in the OBC or A pack BCU.

Looking for advice or a replacement OBC if that's what it needs

Thanks,

Mark

Nice to see you back! Does it work without an extension cord? Is the switch on the cgfi working correctly on the charger? Is it possible some of the wires have come out?

The SM has an OBC (on board charger), no separate charger therefore no CGFI on the power cord.

Yes, it's been a while since I've been on the forum!
Started a new business a few years back and it's been full-on effort to get that up and stable.

Sounds like there is a problem with the on board charger. Mine will charge from a bonded generator and my garage solar power and house power. It's very picky about grounds though sometimes it will through a ground fault.
