Small Cover/Seal?

Hi All,
Anyone know what this small seal or grommet is or does? It is on the right side (throttle side) near the oil res and is not seated and I can't tell if it should be or not.

I don't think it seals a hole, I think it just fills a void, but you should contact Stark support.

This is what Stark support says:

"This is a plastic cover that doesn't protect anything special. You can glue it if you want it straight again."
