I'm super frustrated with the wait. I can get one shipped from out of state with an MCO, but can I get a California title and green sticker. How much of a gamble is it, Thanks.

I was told recently by Stark that the California registration problem is that Stark is still not an option on their drop down list of manufacturers.
Some states have an option for "other," but no such option in California.
So I'm not sure, but I would think that if you buy it now in another state and get an MCO, that you will eventually be able to register it in California after Stark exists in the California system.

Edit: perhaps @Swank171 can provide first hand info...

I usually register in AZ non resident for all my off-road and watercraft for a year, then it’s just a title transfer….all the pain and suffering avoided.

CA sees transfers different from purchases. No sales tax responsibility or any of that mess.

Really easy to get AZ registration without any funny business. If you “ride more than half” in havasu or anywhere in AZ you just pay the 75$ and you’re done even with a CA address and drivers license.

I speak enough good about Matt Williams and the power motorsports team in Oregon and their shipping guy Tim!
