My guess is that it has not been implemented for customers although that would be very useful for everyone.

I would like such a feature, as long as it can be turned off. My Zero would deactivate after dropping the bike, and you'd have to do an ignition cycle to get it started again, which takes roughly 10 seconds - not something you want to deal with during a race, and annoying in most minor spills in the woods.
I'm kind of surprised the lawyers let Stark not make that feature mandatory. I can imagine the lawsuits
