Is it attached to the race modes function? or just in the bikes menu somewhere? I can't say I've noticed it yet.

My guess is that it has not been implemented for customers although that would be very useful for everyone.
I feel like if it had been done, Stark would have communicated about it?

No it's not on the bike. I'm very sure because mine runs upside down.
I don't like crash sensors since they need you to restart the bike when you pick it up.
However you can just set the time to neutral very low.

Yes,I have it on the lowest setting, 15sec. But even 15 sec is too long in such a situation.
No need to restart after a crash, just hit the button and off you go
Of course it would have to be configurable, I am fully aware that not everyone would like to have a "tilt switch"

Fun fact. On my KTM 990 the tilt sensor only worked sideways. When doing a frontflip and landing on the handlebars it would still run

I would like such a feature, as long as it can be turned off. My Zero would deactivate after dropping the bike, and you'd have to do an ignition cycle to get it started again, which takes roughly 10 seconds - not something you want to deal with during a race, and annoying in most minor spills in the woods.
I'm kind of surprised the lawyers let Stark not make that feature mandatory. I can imagine the lawsuits
