I thought an post of 3d files we could share would be perfect for more people then just me :)
Please share if you got ideas or files :-)

Jep.
Here you are.

the work is done.
Constructed and attached an 3d printed cover for the front sproket.
Works well and has two effects.

1. the shoelace are safe - and so is the driver
2. noise reduction

details can be found under

3d printed adapter for the Varg replacing the arkenstone.
Fits like dad in mum.
Just put the iPhone15pro into the backside of the adapter.
Then use the whole thing as it was an OEM arkenstone.

Here's a suggestion for a simple 3D print:
Plugs for front and rear axle openings so as to keep the dirt and moisture out.
Interference fit, nothing fancy.

On other bikes I plug the axle with silicone, but on the Varg one side is pretty large and the other is the Hex screw so silicone won't suit.

oPAtSUPa - exlusivly for you.
Its a good idea - so i contructed them.
To avoid water you have to put some silicone on it...

Just two previews are visible in thingiverse - dont know why.
All three files ear included. (Front, Rear, HexaUniversal)

That's fantastic. Thank you so much. Very kind of you to take the time and effort to design it.

Have you printed it yourself?
I'll see what I can source locally.

Would it be possible to design an universal phone adapter that will work with different phones?
There are so many phones, and they change yearly.
I have an old Samsung S9+ that could serve, but hardly worth designing for this one unit.

Its not that easy to design a universal adapter which holds the phone thight and safe.
The usual phone- clamps, used in the cars, will not meet this specs.

Just designed/made these, same idea as the Dowa version.
Working perfect on my Stark.

Looking for someone willing to test them:
- that can print them (TPU)
- install them on their stark
- report back to me about fittment
- send me some pics of the installed buttons

If you are that person please send me PM.

Why I made these? I wanted to be able to choose the colors.
And they would prevent buttons getting stuck from sand/dirt.

Hello,
My son has a 3d printer, and he has printed some button covers for my stark MX1.
A few things we have learned about this:
The blinking LED can be seen through a 3d TPU printed in white, but not black.
We tried printing in black, with white over the LED, but the color changing function on the printer kept jamming, so we gave up on that.
Is the print in your photo TPU?
