Stopped 103 error and then battery drained.

Hi guys. I have a 2018 Alta MX-R. Went to put the bike on the rapid charger with about 50% battery and got the Stopped 103 error once I initialized charging. Tried it again a week later and the battery has been completely drained - nothing happens when I turn the key, no display or internal noises. Any idea where to start to looking to diagnose? I love this bike and will be crushed if this is the end of the line. Please help!

First thing to check is your 9V battery inside the ACM. That will be the first thing to check to ensure the pack is still working.
