Varg broken out of the box Red light constant

My Varg app says the varg is offline from the interrupted down load so the phone cannot connect to the bike himself the bike is in a shut down state I just need to wake it up and not sure how I have tried all the steps and nothing wakes it up so I can at least connect or try a new update.

Explain your symptoms to SAM, and he will open a support ticket for you.
I remember the same as @Theo : Stark Future, if contacted about it, can force the update and then the bike should run fine.

I got a message from customer service asking for a video I sent a video. So hopefully we can get this baby running fingers crossed!
