In production now but delivered in the UK in 2 months? That seems an awful lot. Unless they're waiting on some parts maybe?I got notification that my bike is in production as well.
My Estimated Delivery Date got pushed back from 17th Feb to 4th April.
Agreed! "In production" evidently does NOT mean that they have started to assemble it.In production now but delivered in the UK in 2 months? That seems an awful lot. Unless they're waiting on some parts maybe?
Interesting, I think they averaged about 700/month in 2024, that would be doubled. Do you have a link for that?According to recent reports, Stark Future is currently producing around 69 motorcycles per day.
I just quoted the google search results for "how many motorcycles does stark future produce per day" granted, this may be inaccurate.Interesting, I think they averaged about 700/month in 2024, that would be doubled. Do you have a link for that?
Ah ok thanks, that's from 1 year ago. I think they had this production capacity, but that doesn't mean they were making as much on average. As far as I can tell, they went from about VIN 3000 to VIN 10000 in 2024 so that would average to 600-700 bikes made per month.I just quoted the google search results for "how many motorcycles does stark future produce per day" granted, this may be inaccurate.
I guess that the production starts when the frame with the VIN is created, but that frame will be put in a queue with other frames to receive the components. In production now but delivered in the UK in 2 months? That seems an awful lot. Unless they're waiting on some parts maybe?
No, companies do NOT like a lot of expensive inventory. They want their parts/components delivered to them "just in time," for assembly, and then they will ship finished bikes as soon as they have a container full for each specific destination.I have a feeling that those with VIN's might have already had their bike completed and Stark are just building and stockpiling bikes to send as many out at once. Or there is a design or supply chain issue for minor details of the bike that's forcing them to wait before shipment. I cant imagine that they haven't already built thousands of bikes since announcing its release. most likely already had a good amount of stock on hand before the announcement for their own riders and testing.
Thanks for the vid. Here @15:38 there is some updated information about how long it takes them to build a bike and about the frequency of completions of new bikes:
Building a Varg takes roughly 1 hour.
The speed of their production line is: a new bike every 10 minutes.

But this is inventory paid in full already. They are not losing sales by not shipping it.No, companies do NOT like a lot of expensive inventory. I am sure they are not sitting on thousands of completed bikes, don't forget about all the tire/mousse suspension and accessory options.
Not sure how many bikes are already paid in full, do you have some info on that? But this is inventory paid in full already. They are not losing sales by not shipping it.
