Voltage at charge port

Hoping 2 or more of you will respond here. What voltage is present between these pins on your Alta?

EXR - Battery fully charged, key off: 5.0 v
MXR - Battery slightly below half charged, key off: 4.5 v

Voltage on both bikes dropped about 0.1v with the key on and pump running.

I'm actually curious to know, for those of you who own an Alta, have you ever experienced any issues with the voltage at the charge port? And if so, how did you go about resolving the issue?
