On paper no. There were some manufacturing process QC problems with some 2018 MXR's batteries so the safe(r) bet is with a 2019 or a 2018 that already had a battery replacement under warranty. That doesn't mean all 2018's will have battery problems however.
 
We also have a pre-owned 2019 Redshift EXR with 67 miles on it that just came in. This as well as our other two bikes that Philip mentioned and some other items (official Alta canopy and flag, R charger, etc...) will be going up in the classifieds section shortly.

How can I verify a bike at a dealership is really a 2019 MXR and not a 2018? Anyone know what the VIN # cutoff is?

Not sure about the VIN cutoff but my title says 2019 on it as well as the sticker on the right side of the steering neck. FWIW, my VIN ends with 000484.
