The XE4 battery swap takes as little as 8 seconds. www.xemx1.comOne thing that would be even more impressive is that stark make the battery swap in less than 5 min

I checked out your website. It's great that so many differenct companies are making conversion kits!! After all the issues we had with 2022+ KTMS, I will never buy another ICE bike again. You website said 500 amp battery?? Most batteries are listed in amp-hours or KW. How does your battery compare to Stark for size and life? Was making it swappable a major design goal? Do you plan to offer several different sizes of battery? I want to purchase a 1/2 size battery for my Stark at some point.

Yes, we will be upgrading the web site and options for the bikes. With the new battery technology coming it seems like we will be able to keep up quicker than most others by doing this type of removeable system. Currently we offer a 3.65KW up to 4.7KW In the 21700 cells and from 50.4AH to 63AH.I checked out your website. It's great that so many differenct companies are making conversion kits!! One very important part of our System. Whether it is do it yourself or we build a bike for you. It is completely programmable by the user throttle curves mode settings and more. 100% open source. No monthly Charge. If you have the knowledge or capability to do internal programming, otherwise you just use it as it is.@Philip What is your gripe about power delivery on the Stark? I would be interested to know. I came off SX125 and SX150 and I love the power delivery on the Stark. It's interesting to get other opinions.
The CEO of Stark, Anton, has mentioned multiple times that a future upgrade of the Stark app (Pro version for ~$3 per month) will have customizable throttle maps. I messed around with FPV racing drones a long time ago, and they all had custom throttle mapping which really helped "tune" the feel of the controller. I think Stark will have something very similar and allow all riders to get a tune that they like. Currently, Stark only allows changes to max HP and regen. Here is an example of throttle mapping from drones:

For one it is Programable and fine tunable for the type of ridding you want to do. All open source, thru VESC.I am excited about this:

"The XE4 is a liquid-cooled axial flux motor developed by XEMX. The XE4 is the magic sauce responsible for the unique feel to the power delivery of an XEMX dirtbike—feeling most similar to that of today's standard ICE MX dirtbikes."
I have my gripes with the power delivery of most DIY kits. How is this motor and controller combo different from others and from Stark/Alta?

LOL! This is an awesome picture, if you want to "throw a rock" at Stark!
Wow great questions. Frankly I don't have the expertise to answer those. I do know that you will always be in the right gear....LOL! This is an awesome picture, if you want to "throw a rock" at Stark!
Is there already, or can you add such a thing as a "virtual flywheel" into your controller software?
Also, how does the rotational inertia of the axial flux motor compare to the inertia of the gas bikes? Is it like a 250 or 450 and in which gear? Curious about this because of the stability vs maneuverability plusses and minuses, as well as traction control and skimming the whoops vs falling into them.
