It’s been awhile guys! I’ve been very very busy working on all kinds of e moto builds and forgot to share.

Here is our yz85 EMX17 prototype. It is the basis for a bolt in kit that is about 85% ready to be sold.

This conversion is testing to be competitive on the race track for kids and also makes a great pitbike for larger adults that are too big for conventional Pitbike.

SPECS:
-Yz85 2002-2016
-168lbs
-72v 32ah battery with “wirelessly” swappable packs (we call this the slide and ride or SLR system)
-Bluetooth BMS with live data logging
-6000 RPM IPM motor
-15kW Input power
-Waterproof (note: is not a submarine)

Hope You all like it! Please fire away with any questions!

cheers,
Electro

I'm liking it! I know that MX is the name of the game but I'm wondering what that would be like as a singletrack tool. I'm running a 21 inch front on a yz80 hub on another bike and its working well.

Just a thought towards more older people who could have fun on these.

Exactly, take a bite out of the Sur-Ron market!

How does the wireless slide and ride connector work - that’s really a great idea - any info on the connectors or pictures you can share

Thanks for all the help building my KX100. I just posted it here on the AltaOwnersForum "KX100 Electric Pit Bike"
You have been very helpful. You make these builds really easier. The V3 motor and Votol controller with your programming really is smooth and fast!!!
