Bonnell 40hp and 60hp dirt bikes and e-bikes

Not really. In Hard Enduro often freeroll is best and brake on the brakes. But in more street like scenario's or very long gravel ish it would be great to use the same lever as a regen brake lever. Since it's just wires 1 lever can do lots of stuff. And sure you know wheter your ride will be Hard Enduro (clutch) or street/easy gravel (brake).

I thought high regen for descents and no regen for climbs. I know nothing 🤣

If (when!) I go electric, I will lose my special move: the mid-climb stall.

Yeah I am well aware that's how you're supposed to do it. If you (I mean: me) would happen to mess up, no regen would not kill your momentum 🫣
Anyway that's one of the things I find really cool with electrics, the ability to adapt regen (engine breaking) to the terrain, weather, traction... or to your skill level 😁

You could maybe use regen in reverse after that mid-climb stall 😁
