Well how about a simple test then?
Take of the chain and rev to the speeds you have the vibrations. If it's still there it's the motor/gearbox.
If not, it's wheels/chain/suspension etc.

This. It is pretty basic engineering, and I am surprised to hear all the backyard mechanics and expert opinions in this thread. I just don't want to have to explain it.
Classic engineer attitude. I've been a mechanic for almost 30 years, but since you're a genius, I'm not sure why you're asking us hicks for advice....?

You might be surprised to find out, some of us know things we can't bother explaining to you.

Just reread the thread. I've come to the conclusion that OP doesn't actually want to test what the issue is, but a smoking gun ...

He is unhappy that Stark isn't offering to replace the entire bike. I've worked at a few dealerships, cars and bikes, people have an attitude that if you have an issue with a new vehicle, you can make demands about replacing them or get your money back- and that isn't how it works. The US has a Lemon Law, but it is very narrow in when it is triggered, and honestly, it isn't all that great when you get to use it, because you will still lose a lot of money in the process. You are much better off working with the manufacturer, but you have to have realistic goals. The metal in the oil - It sounds important, but it doesn't actually matter at all. It is a low load system, bathed oil single gear set. No visible damage. It is called "break in". The vibration is most likely tires, which is a wear item. The throttle issue - that is normal.

It is a bitter pill, but there is nothing wrong with the bike.
