Sounds like you got the bike out, but I probably would have tried to tow it with another bike vs pushing it for 6 hours. If it was locked up, removing the chain with a $10 Harbor Freight chain breaker would have probably been worth it.

Glad support got you taken care off. They have been super responsive to any issues I have had. The fact that they can remotely log into your bike and "see" everything that is going on. Combine that ability with a video conference call and their support is so much better than all other OEMs.
