Flux Performance - eMX startup from Europe

@Marko_Flux As an electric enthusiast (two Starks, two Teslas, multiple Specialized eMTBs, etc) I'm super excited for more companies to join in the electric dirt bike category. More companies = more competition = better products and pricing for consumers. My question is this: How much of a...

XEMX Custom Electric Dirtbikes & Kits

@Philip What is your gripe about power delivery on the Stark? I would be interested to know. I came off SX125 and SX150 and I love the power delivery on the Stark. It's interesting to get other opinions. The CEO of Stark, Anton, has mentioned multiple times that a future upgrade of the Stark...

XEMX Custom Electric Dirtbikes & Kits

I checked out your website. It's great that so many differenct companies are making conversion kits!! After all the issues we had with 2022+ KTMS, I will never buy another ICE bike again. You website said 500 amp battery?? Most batteries are listed in amp-hours or KW. How does your battery...

TAKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alpha Now only $10,900 OTD

I think it's great that Stark is making the bike more affordable for everyone. When you invest in technology (EV, computer, phone) prices tend to drop over time, or stay the same with increased features. I paid full price for my Alp[ha, but now my friends can afford to buy them at reduced...

Update Gen 2 fail and now motorcycle is dead

Glad support got you taken care off. They have been super responsive to any issues I have had. The fact that they can remotely log into your bike and "see" everything that is going on. Combine that ability with a video conference call and their support is so much better than all other OEMs.

    Regen setting on MX track

I came from two strokes so I run 36 regen. Most 4 stroke riders like regen around 60. I do run 0 regen when trail riding, but I've never jumped anything large in 0 regen. It's super easy to brake tap with a hand rear brake, so I wouldn't worry too much about jumping nose high. Just remember...

    Half sized race battery?

I start/race mine in 48HP mode, so I wouldn't care about some reduced maximum power output at all. I understand there are trade offs, the point of my post is that for most moto/moto practice riders that aren't professionals would be very happy with a 1/2 size, 1/2 range battery. Especially if...

    Half sized race battery?

    This is a perfect concept.

    Half sized race battery?

Due to the range increases iI”m only using about 20pct battery in 7 lap race or 12 minute practice session. About 30 pct in 20 min moto session. I would be very interested in purchasing a 1/2 size battery that is lighter and designed for mass centralization. Any other moto riders on the...

    Swapmotolive

My understanding is a 14% increase and then a 10% increase. I feel those numbers are fairly accurate from my moto practice riding, but I've never done a very subjective test. Some days I don't even put the Stark on the charger when I'm riding long turn tracks without deep loam. My battery is...

    More information on display!!

OK, I didn't even think about SuperMoto use. That makes sense. I don't feel that the developers are going to spend time on functions for a 1% use case until they get the product very mature. If you are the only guy wanting a temperature display, it's not going to happen for a long time, and I...

New Update - Now can set maximum charge percentage

Just got an update last night as was very pleased to see the maximum charge percentage can be set on the phone. I know it degrades LiOn batteries to sit at very low states of charge or very high states of charge. I would always used to have to set the alarm on my phone if I wanted to charge...

    Inverter Overheating?

Agreed. Not normal. You have a coolant pump or fan issue. Or your coolant has a air pocket in it and needs to bled.

    More information on display!!

OP, have you had overheating issues? If you fan and coolant pump are working correctly it should be very difficult to overheat the bike. I've raced faily deep sand tracks in 98 degree temps for 20 mins without having overheating issues. If you have had issues, can you describe the riding you...

Questions: Track & Trail set-up. Charging & Transport.

I would highly suggest you test ride both the Stark and an emtb. Both of them have enough range that batteries typically outrun a human battery. Unless you an Ironman type tri-athlete, it's highly unlikely you will need more battery or swappable batteries.

Questions: Track & Trail set-up. Charging & Transport.

I just cut and pasted some cheapish panels from Signature Solar. You are correct, probably no need for bi-facial panels on trailer. There are lots of options approaching 400W for around $100.

General Altis Sigma $5500 85 killer!!

Looks like all Surrons and Talaria's were just made obsolete!! With some suspension this should crush the 85 class racing.

Do you switch maps while riding? I do.

I only switch maps from start to riding track. I used to use 60HP for starts and race in 48 HP. Then everyone around me realized 60HP isn't even fair when starting against 450s. I now start in 48 HP and race in 48 HP. I feel 48 HP is very fair off gate against 450s. I can holeshot with a...

Questions: Track & Trail set-up. Charging & Transport.

I would start with a gas generator. You need at least 3.3kw continuous power at 220v to fast charge. This is the best buy, IMHO, that meets the Starks fast charge needs: https://www.costco.com/a-ipower-gxs7100ird-7100w-dual-fuel-inverter-generator.product.4000078099.html If you want to go...
