Stark varg mx not charging

When i plug in the charger the light turns blue and the app says charging. But its not charging and the ventilator of the charger doesn’t turn on.

Im waiting for a response of stark support, in the meantime i try to figure out the problem myself.

Anyone else had this problem? And how to solve this?
 
There were some chargers that had bad wiring from the factory on the 220v cable. Worth checking on because it only takes about 2 minutes to dis-assemble the charge plug.
It causes intermittant/no charge situations for us.

I just had the same problem; everything appears to be charging except “Current Charging Power” displays “-kW”
I suspected my charger was the problem.
I opened a support request with Stark, but they are getting slower, so I took my bike to the closest dealer which is one hour away, and plugged their charger into my bike and it started charging normally.
So now I know my charger is bad, and hopefully they will send me a replacement ASAP.
P.S. i’ve had my bike for about 13 months, and I did have one with a bad plug, which I repaired 13 months ago.

Thanks, i have the European version so the plug is fine. Im currently emailing with them. I think they will send me a new charger tomorrow.

The newer chargers for the USA now have a molded plug, so that issue has been resolved.
I finally got a reply from support and now they want me to send them a video, even though I already sent a photo showing the blue LED and “-kW”
But since I took my bike to the dealer to charge, it’s now at 100%. So now not possible to make a video unless I discharge it some amount. I’m still hopeful this will not cause me to miss out on a riding weekend.

I got my replacement charger and I'm back in bidness!
I also had an issue with the docking station.
The phone would start charging, then stop.
I had just retorqued the handlebars (docking station), and I think it was twisted.
After loosening and re-torquing, it seems ok now.
 
6 days after they placed my order… it still says being prepared. They say there facing logistic delays due to high-demand periode.
I probably have to miss another weekend of riding😞
 
I missed riding today because of the red tubes. I should have swapped them out but since I have an updated Varg I thought I would give them another try. Bit me again. I only get to ride every other weekend...:(
