The bike is a very good dirt bike, however it is pretty much useless as a race bike because of the range and the weight

I am not knocking it . But even from here I can see a hole in the plan. Cell technology is ongoing unfortunately without even more breakthroughs (major ones) I doubt dirt bikes will really become the norm before 2050 and I will be too old to ride one then.

I have had the same problem on ktm and husqvarna as well. front only and only when left sitting for months at a time. I have a early model mx1 and have had this problem more the front brake but at both ends for sure. My brakes get a hammering at times steep fast downhills that blue the rotors...

Once all the bugs where sorted out. I think the stark is the best practice bike i could have. It is probably the worlds best and fastest trail bike.

I raced cc mtb had a downhill bike love it all including skate park bike and road cycling (criteriums mainly) running swimming rock and mountain climbing are fun too So is drag racing a street bike I did have a habit of snapping bicycles coming from a mx background Once i smoothed it out a bit...

I like the stock ido grips even kept them when i changed bars I think grips r more a personnel choice
