Solved HELP Power jerking after Drivetrain replacement (GEN2)

Glad to see Stark is making things right. Many many companies wouldn't have made this much effort for your situation. Most likely the shop messed up your bike, and that is an unfortunate aspect to their dealership model - there is very little incentive for good shops to support their product. But hopefully they find a better balance on that in the future and weed out the crappy shops, assuming they don't self-select themselves out of the network in short order.

My dealer said that the replaced drivetrain is faulty, and thats the problem of the bike, but Stark didnt want to replace another drivetrain so they are replacing the entire bike. In just 24 hours they give me a new one that was in stock, right now is approaching my city on a boat.

Im 100% happy with Stark and i understand that others hate Stark, everyone has their own opinion and their own experiences
